Everton are reportedly one of four Premier League clubs who want Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey.

Aaron Ramsey might be a free agent at the end of the season but he could still become one of the most expensive Everton signings of the Farhad Moshiri era.
The Mirror (17 October, page 51) is reporting that the Toffees have joined Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea in trying to sign the Arsenal midfielder when his contract expires. And they are willing to go all out.
The report claims that Everton’s director of football Marcel Brands is putting together a package which would contain a mammoth £15 million signing on fee, as well as a £150,000-a-week contract.
And should Everton pull off a major coup in luring Ramsey to Goodison Park, this could be another step towards the club’s transformation into one of the most exciting attacking sides in the Premier League.
After the dire, shot-shy performances that bored fans into submission during Sam Allardyce’s ill-tempered reign at Goodison Park, Everton have been a team transformed in the early weeks of Marco Silva’s tenure.

The former Hull and Watford boss was hired partly because of his commitment to free-flowing, expansive football and it is no coincidence that Theo Walcott and Gylfi Sigurdsson look like entirely new players.
Brazilian internationals Richarlison and Bernard, meanwhile, have added skill and end product since arriving in the summer.
And should Ramsey arrive, a natural-born goal-scoring midfielder who oozes flair and technical class, the ghost of Allardyce will be one step closer to being exercised.
