Southampton reportedly want to sign Eze from Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

Queens Park Rangers fans should enjoy Eberechi Eze while they can.
Because, after yet another match-winning display, interest is rising in one of the most exciting young talents outside the Premier League.
According to the Sun, Southampton’s esteemed recruitment chief Ross Wilson has made the trip to Loftus Road to watch the Greenwich-born 21-year-old in action as The Saints weigh up a January bid.
And Eze’s dazzling display on Saturday hasn’t done his reputation any harm whatsoever. The England U20 international set up one and scored the other with an ingenious free-kick, drilled through the wall and into the bottom corner, to secure a vital win for Mark Warburton’s side against Wigan Athletic.
If you will pardon the pun, he made it look Eze.

Suddenly, comparisons with another young attacker who made his name at QPR are not looking too far-fetched.
“He goes past players easier than Raheem Sterling did. Sterling would beat players with pace or do a trick or a chop – it’s all dynamic movements, but Ebere Eze just glides past players,” Mark Bircham, who watched the Manchester City superstar rise through the ranks at Loftus Road, told Sky Sports last year.
In an ideal world, QPR would reward Eze for his inspirational displays with a lifetime contract at Loftus Road. But the cold, harsh reality suggests that it is only a matter of time before a player Rangers nabbed from local rivals Millwall three years ago is rewarded with a substantial step up the footballing ladder.
