Newcastle United are without a win from their first four games in the Premier League.

Newcastle United are yet to win a game in their second season back in the Premier League and fans on Tyneside have become frustrated with the Magpies’ defensive tactics.
Newcastle have been unlucky not to win at least one of their last three and possibly could be higher than their current position in the top flight had Rafa Benitez played slightly more attacking football.
However, in a recent interview with the Chronicle, Benitez revealed that Newcastle’s next game at home to Arsenal will see his side play in a more attacking manner.
When speaking about their next game, Benitez said: “Obviously, Arsenal will still be tough because they are another top side, but maybe we will have a few more chances.
“That can be good, although sometimes it can also be bad because you have to take more risks, but we have to do it. We can beat and compete against anyone.”

Newcastle’s game against Arsenal will be the end of their hard run-in, with Crystal Palace and Leicester City the following ties for the Magpies.
And it will be important for Benitez to make use of his new signings, to give Newcastle the best chance of survival this season, with Salomon Rondon and Yoshinori Muto looking lively.
