Some West Ham United fans were not too enamoured with their new home kit and then Burnley released theirs.

West Ham and Burnley fans have a lot in common when it comes to club colours as the only claret and blues in the Premier League.
Hammers fans love to see a bit of effort made with their kits whether they respect tradition, go retro or try to be original.
Every Love Island contestant if they were an England player – World Cup!
It is all change for the Hammers this summer with new manager Manuel Pellegrini coming in, while Burnley are hoping for more of the same after a superb campaign under Sean Dyche.

Both Burnley and West Ham have new kits for a new season with Hammers’ in the traditional claret but with a blue sleeve trim rather than blue sleeves, as revealed on the club’s official website.
That did not sit well with many supporters when the penultimate home kit of their five-year Umbro deal was released last month and now the unveiling of Burnley’s new strip this week has annoyed those fans further it seems.
It annoyed one fan in particular, Graeme Howlett, the editor of long-running and hugely popular fans’ site Knees Up Mother Brown.
Howlett feel Burnley’s Puma kit is how West Ham’s should look.
And that has sparked a debate among supporters, with opinion divided over both kits.

Here’s a selection of reactions from West Ham and Burnley fans on Twitter.
