Everton have signed Djibril Sidibe on loan.

Sometimes a transfer deal is so good that it evokes an emotion of both head scratching and applause.
‘How did they manage that?’, ‘Fair play’, and Everton’s move for Djibril Sidibe fits into that category.
Sidibe clinched a loan deal to sign with Everton last night, and the Toffees have an option to make the deal permanent next summer, BBC Sport report.
It’s an impressive piece of business for the 27-year-old right-back who played alongside Lucas Digne at Lille.
Sidibe was part of France’s World Cup winning squad last summer and helped Monaco win the title in 2017.
That same year he was impressive helping Monaco to the Champions League semi-finals.

Last year, as Talksport noted amid links to Atletico Madrid, he was being valued at around £30 million.
So to get him at all, let alone in a ‘try before you buy’ deal from Monaco is simply an outstanding piece of business from Everton and transfer chief Marcel Brands.
Everton have been making smart moves, adding Fabian Delph for a bargain fee and landing Moise Kean from Juventus.
Sidibe’s move is an astute one, and on loan, its among the best business done by Premier League teams this summer.
