Divock Origi is once again the man of the moment at Liverpool.
He scored against Everton over the weekend, and pundits and fans alike have been paying tribute to the Belgian attacker.
Origi may not be one of Liverpool’s most important players, but he’s had one hell of an impact at Anfield in recent years, so much so that Jurgen Klopp has gone as far as to describe him as a Reds ‘legend’.
The striker may not have the goal tally of an Ian Rush or Mohamed Salah, but he turns up when it matters most.
Origi certainly has a back catalogue of incredible moments for the Reds, and with that in mind, we’re going to look at his five greatest moments in a Liverpool shirt.
5. Late winner vs Wolves

If Liverpool are to win the Premier League title this season, the Reds may well look back on this goal as a vital one.
The Reds endured an incredibly frustrating afternoon at Molineux in December, but in the final minute of extra time, Divock Origi did what Divock Origi does best.
An emphatic finish into the bottom corner won Liverpool all three points, and that victory may prove to be absolutely crucial come the end of the season.
4. Title hopes live on

Liverpool and Manchester City had a title race for the ages back in 2018/19, but it was very nearly over in early May.
Indeed, Liverpool let the lead slip twice at St James’ Park back in 2019, and a draw would have all-but ended Liverpool’s hopes of winning the title that year.
However, once again, Origi had other ideas. An 86th-minute winner saw the Reds earn a crucial victory, and while their title challenge was unsuccessful in the end, Origi’s goal allowed Liverpool to push City to their absolute limit.
3. Pickford’s calamity

‘Look at Jurgen Klopp!’ Jamie Carragher shouted as the Liverpool manager stormed the pitch after a late Origi winner against Everton.
Origi has a knack for netting against the Toffees, but this goal was by far the most iconic, most bizarre and most important.
With the last kick of the game, Origi capitalised on a horrendous mistake from Jordan Pickford to spark unbelievable scenes on the pitch and in the crowd.
The Belgian scored this goal off the back of a massive slice of luck, but once again, he was in the right place at the right time.
2. Champions of Europe

The 2019 Champions League final was a rather dull affair, but another late Divock Origi goal made sure the result was beyond any kind of doubt.
Origi finished one of the most well-taken goals of his career against Spurs, and earned Liverpool their sixth European crown.
The Belgian was destined to score as soon as he came off the bench, and he made sure to make his mark on Europe’s biggest game.
1. Corner taken quickly…

What else was it going to be?
If the 2019 Champions League final was drab, the semi-finals were electric.
Liverpool went into the game against Barcelona at Anfield 3-0 down on aggregate and with a depleted frontline, but Origi wrote his name into Liverpool folklore with an incredible brace under the most incredible circumstances.
A quickly-taken corner by Trent Alexander-Arnold caught the entire Barcelona team off-guard and Origi was there, as always, ready to pounce.
Origi’s goal would secure arguably the most famous win in Anfield history for Liverpool, and the rest, as they say, is history.
The Belgian’s goals against Barcelona will be remembered forever, and Origi’s status as a Liverpool legend is well and truly secure.
