Blackburn take on Burnley tonight, a match which could see two strikers who began the campaign at Leeds go head to head.

Marcus Antonsson’s dream switch from Kalmar to Leeds United failed to turn into a success for the striker after signing in 2016.
He failed to earn the trust of Garry Monk and did not start a game in 2017, and he could not convince new boss Thomas Christiansen either.
Christiansen sent him out on loan to League One side Blackburn, and tonight he has a chance to prove a point against a player who restricted his progress at Elland Road.
Antonsson’s Blackburn take on Burnley, who could hand a debut to record signing Chris Wood.

It was Garry Monk’s faith in Wood which kept Antonsson out of the first team picture at Leeds, with the New Zealand striker scoring 27 goals in the Championship.
Leeds will have factored Wood’s possible departure into their decision to let Antonsson leave, but he has a chance to show the Whites made a mistake in letting him go.
This time last season Wood and Antonsson were partnering up front as Leeds experimented with them both.
Now he will be keen to show that there is not as much between the pair as the league positions of their respective teams may suggest.
