Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has suffered another injury setback.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has suffered another setback in his bid to return from injury.
Cazorla has not played for the Gunners in more than a year seasons and his chances of playing this season look unlikely.
Arsene Wenger is not giving up on the Spaniard, but admits his increasing disappointment.

He told The Telegraph: “That’s for me, the disastrous, sad news. I feel really sorry for Santi. He is a guy I admire, that we all love here, who came into training every day with a smile because he loved so much the game.
“For him not to be available for us, it is a big blow. But for him, as well, it is something that is difficult to take. I hope he will be alright and back with us in January.”

Cazorla, 32, was not listed in Arsenal’s 25-man Premier League squad earlier in the season, and faces a real battle to get fit in time for the second deadline.
Cazorla will be harbouring a dream of making Spain’s World Cup squad, but his chances do not look good at this point, and he needs to get some game time for Arsenal in order to realistically stand a chance.
