Arsenal fans are not pleased that Tottenham Hotspur are apparently planning to sack Nuno soon, especially as Antonio Conte could be on the way.
Nuno on the way?
The Daily Telegraph have reported that Nuno is on the verge of the sack at Tottenham, after their 3-0 defeat to Manchester United at the weekend.
It is probably not a good sign for Nuno that plenty of Arsenal fans are desperate for him to remain in charge of their main rivals.
Tottenham are currently lagging behind the Gunners in the Premier League table, despite Mikel Arteta’s side making a slow start to the campaign.
Many Arsenal fans appear to be disappointed that Tottenham are thinking of making a change, with Conte the favourite for the job at the moment.
Rumours in the Italian press (Di Marzio) have strongly suggested that Conte could take the job at Tottenham this time around.
And Arsenal fans are worried that Spurs could make a big improvement by making the switch, which could add extra competition for the European spots they are chasing.
As previously mentioned, the fact Arsenal supporters seem so keen for Nuno to remain in charge at Tottenham says a lot about how his appointment has gone.
The Portuguese boss has been in charge at Spurs for four months now, but has rarely looked suited to the job.
Right from the start, Nuno has faced doubts and Tottenham’s style of play has done little to suggest that these concerns were unfounded.
Spurs’ latest defeat to United saw the home crowd turn, with chants against Nuno heard loud and clear.
And it does seem that his position at the North London club has quickly become untenable.
Conte to Spurs?

Conte would be a hugely exciting appointment for Spurs if he was to walk through the door at Hotspur Way.
The 52-year-old has already lifted a Premier League title with Chelsea and recently won Serie A with Inter Milan.
Conte is one of the highest profile managers around, and his arrival at Spurs would really signal their ambitions to improve.
