The Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United-linked midfielder Dion McGhee appears to be heading abroad.
Tottenham and West Ham are among the clubs to be credited with an interest in McGhee, who is a free agent after leaving Manchester United.
Vavel had recently claimed that the teenager was on trial at Spurs, whose London rivals were previously thought to be ‘closest to making move’.
But McGhee posted the following image to his Twitter page on Wednesday, suggesting he was flying overseas.
And the replies from some of McGhee’s colleagues – including his former Manchester United teammates Largie Ramazani, James Garner and Teden Mengi – to a similar post on Instagram, hint at a transfer rather than a holiday.
The Daily Mail linked the Oldham-born player with moves to Portuguese clubs Benfica and Porto earlier this year, while he recently followed the Turkish giants Besiktas on Instagram.

McGhee joined Manchester United at six years old and was rising through the ranks while the respective Tottenham and West Ham managers, Jose Mourinho and David Moyes, were in charge at Old Trafford.
