Wolverhampton Wanderers won in the Championship on Wednesday.

Wolverhampton Wanderers attacking midfielder Diogo Jota has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at his side’s win against Leeds United at Elland Road.
The Wanderers returned to winning ways in the Championship on Wednesday evening, as they got the better of Leeds 3-0 away from home.
Romain Saiss, Willy Boly and Benik Afobe were the goalscorers for Nuno’s side at Elland Road.
Jota started the match for Wolves and played for 75 minutes, and the 21-year-old attacking midfielder – currently on loan from Spanish club Atletico Madrid – has taken to Twitter to revel in the win, with the Wanderers fans responding to his message on the social networking site.


Wolves will return to action on Saturday evening when they take on Aston Villa away from home at Villa Park in the Championship.
With the Villans also aiming to finish in the top two of the Championship this season, the match between Steve Bruce’s Villa and Nuno’s Wolves this weekend promised to be hugely exciting.
