Kyle Bartley is currently on loan at Leeds United from Swansea City.

Kyle Bartley has suggested to The Yorkshire Evening Post that he is open to signing a permanent contract with Leeds United.
Bartley joined Championship club Leeds on a season-long loan deal from Premier League outfit Swansea City in the summer of 2016.
The 25-year-old defender has been a success at Elland Road and has established himself as a key player in Garry Monk’s team.
The centre-back’s current contract with Swansea runs out in June 2018, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Bartley has revealed that he is open to staying at Leeds beyond the summer transfer window, but he has admitted that it is difficult to say for certain that he will remain at the Whites.
“It’s difficult to say at this point,” Bartley told The Yorkshire Evening Post when asked if Leeds was a club he could have a long-term future at.
“I’m obviously contracted to Swansea and I have a lot of respect for the club and the chairman so I’m not in a position to say at the moment.
“But come the end of the season, in the summer, then hopefully we should know more and we’ll see what happens.”
“I have had a fantastic season,” the defender said when asked if he would welcome the possibility of a permanent switch to Leeds.
“Leeds has been great for me, the fans have really got behind me and I love all the players and the staff – they have been fantastic.
“So if that opportunity does come and Swansea are willing to let me leave then that would definitely be something I would be interested in.”
Bartley seems open to the idea of staying at Leeds and signing a permanent contract with the West Yorkshire outfit.
It would make sense for Leeds and Swansea to agree on a transfer fee so that the player can make his loan deal at Elland Road permanent in the summer.
Leeds will take on Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
