Rangers loanee Goss has confirmed he has left Ibrox, with the club deciding against a permanent move.

Sean Goss confirmed earlier this week that he would be returning to Championship side QPR after failing to earn a permanent deal at Rangers, but did Jordan Rossiter play a part in the Gers decision?
Goss, 22, made 15 appearances for Rangers during his loan spell, after Graeme Murty opted to bring the left-footed maestro to Ibrox as his first signing in the January transfer window.
The former Manchester United man’s spell at Rangers began well, becoming a regular in the side and scoring goals against Hibernian and St. Johnstone. But his form began to derail towards the end of the season.

He managed just 102 minutes of Scottish Premiership action after the split, and that ultimately has seen Goss return to QPR rather than earn a permanent deal with the Light Blues.
But the final nail in the coffin could have come after Rossiter returned from his long, injury-hit spell on the sidelines to score in the Gers’ 5-5 draw against Neil Lennon’s Hibs on the last day of the season.
Former Liverpool star Rossiter, who is set to reunite with incoming manager Steven Gerrard following the duo’s time together at Anfield, scored an excellent second and performed superbly against Hibs.

There is already huge competition for places in midfield, with the likes of Andy Halliday, Jason Holt, Greg Docherty, Graham Dorrans, Ryan Jack, Scott Arfield and Ross McCrorie fighting Rossiter for a place in the side.
But with Rossiter’s return, Goss surely dropped down the pecking order another place and that may have given the Gers all the information they needed to make a decision on the German-born midfielder’s future.
