Glasgow Rangers are still looking for a replacement for Pedro Caixinha.

Former Rangers boss Dick Advocaat has given a blunt response when quizzed as to whether he wants to return to manage the club and return to Ibrox.
Advocaat is currently the Netherlands manager, taking over on a short-term basis after Danny Blind was fired mid-qualifying campaign with the Dutch failing to make next year’s World Cup.
Advocaat was in Scotland last night as Netherlands beat their hosts 1-0 in a friendly match, with Memphis Depay scoring the only goal.
He said: “I still have until Tuesday,” uttering just five words making reference to his current job, showing he intends to remain professional and focus on his role with Holland.

Advocaat managed Rangers between 1998 and 2001, proving an instant hit as he won the treble in his first season in Scotland.
He won the league again in his second season before his success tailed off.
Advocaat was a little more forthcoming when asked about Rangers in the lead up to the Scotland game.

He told Sky Sports News 24 hours earlier: “I know they sacked their manager, they are looking for a new manager so let’s wait and see – hopefully they will find the right one.”
Perhaps returning to Scotland will have got the old feelings coming back for Advocaat, who is now 70.
His previous attempts to retire have not lasted long and Rangers could at least reach out to him next week and see if he would take the job until the end of the season.
