Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after noticing the form of three players during the club’s recent winning run.
Jürgen Klopp’s side are mounting a late push for the Champions League, and have now won three Premier League games in a row.
Interestingly, fans have pinpointed the chemistry between Trent Alexander-Arnold, Thiago and Mohamed Salah as a noteworthy talking point.
One fan said that the trio have constructed some brilliant patterns of play down the right flank.
This supporter even described their impact as ‘devastating’ – they’re not wrong.
The proof is in the pudding.
Across these last three Premier League games, each of them have been outstanding.
Alexander-Arnold has registered assists in the wins over Manchester United and West Brom. The 22-year-old has really stood up and become a leader in this team amid such a tense period of the campaign.
In Salah’s case, the Egyptian grabbed an assist in the 2-0 win over Southampton, before scoring at Old Trafford and again at the Hawthorns.
Furthermore, Thiago’s incredible ability is finally starting to help Liverpool win games. The Spaniard scored in the win over the Saints.
The ex-Barcelona maestro then delivered a Man of the Match display against West Brom, as WhoScored awarded him an 8.04 rating – the highest of any player to play in that match.
Clearly, whatever Klopp has been telling the trio to do down that right-hand side is paying off – both for their own good, and the good of the team.
That comes as no surprise to us. Salah, Thiago and Alexander-Arnold are all incredible footballers, and players like that respond well to having quality around them.
