Some Liverpool and Everton fans on Twitter were impressed by the performance of Ademola Lookman for Fulham at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.

Lookman was in action for Fulham in their Premier League game against Liverpool away from home at Anfield yesterday.

The 23-year-old winger – who joined the Cottagers on loan from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2020 – started the match and played for 83 minutes, as Scott Parker’s side won 1-0.

The former Everton youngster played well for Fulham during his time on the pitch, as he created problems for the Liverpool defence and worked hard for his team.

According to WhoScored, the winger took two shots but they were not on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 75%, took 43 touches, attempted five dribbles, made one tackle and two interceptions, and put in six crosses.

Some Liverpool fans were impressed by Lookman’s display, and so were some Everton supporters for his performance against Neco Williams, as shown below.

The 23-year-old joined Everton from Charlton Athletic in 2017, but the winger could not make a massive impact at Goodison Park and after a loan spell at Leipzig in 2018 joined the German club on a permanent contract in the summer of 2019.
