Mark Warburton confirms he expects more new signings at Nottingham Forest despite Liam Bridcutt capture from Leeds.

Mark Warburton is confident of signing “one or two” more players for Nottingham Forest even after the £1m capture of Liam Bridcutt from Leeds United.
Although speaking before the Bridcutt deal was confirmed, Warburton still outlined that the midfielder was likely not to be the last incoming transfer of the summer.

“We are very close to one or two. It could be two or three. It could be. It depends on what we chase and what becomes available. Maybe one or two could move out as well,” the Reds manager told the Nottingham Post.
One of these new signings looks almost certain to be a new goalkeeper, with Bournemouth’s Adam Federici one of the latest on Forest’s wishlist.
A deal to sign Federici frustratingly fell through at the last minute, but the Post also reports that attention has now turned to Brondby stopper Frederik Ronnow.

Ronnow is valued at around £2.8m by his current club, with the 25-year-old having played 87 times for the Danish side since a 2015 switch from Horsens.
Liverpool’s Adam Bogdan, Rangers stopper Wes Foderingham, Allan McGregor of Hull City and Swansea City ‘keeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt have also been linked with the Championship club in recent times.
