Leeds United have sold Ronaldo Vieira.

Leeds United have sold Ronaldo Vieira to Sampdoria, finalising the midfielder’s shock exit.
Vieira’s departure was confirmed on Wednesday evening, with Leeds announcing it.
Some fans were left unimpressed by the club’s message confirming the move, branding it a bit too cold, with a short and curt ‘good luck’.
Here is a look at some of the responses to Leeds’ message…
Leeds followed up their initial tweet with a message linking to a full article on their website detailing Ronaldo Vieira’s departure.
The Whites handed Ronaldo his debut in 2016, after signing him up along with his brother a year earlier following a successful trial.
He accelerated to the first team under Garry Monk, but struggled for playing time last season after failing to win over Thomas Christiansen in pre-season.
This year new boss Marcelo Bielsa evidently did not feel strongly enough to insist on retaining him, and the youngster now begins a new adventure in Serie A.
