The London Evening Standard suggest that West Ham are keen on the striker, although his asking price could be an issue.
In the clearest indication that Abraham is likely to leave Chelsea yet, Thomas Tuchel left him out of the squad entirely for their FA Cup final clash with Leicester City at the weekend.
Abraham had led the line well for Chelsea in the cup competition, but when the pressure was on Tuchel once again left the rangy striker out of his team.
And Chelsea fans feel that the time has come for Abraham to move on, after links with West Ham.
Leaving Abraham out actually backfired on Chelsea at the weekend, as they lost 1-0 to Leicester City at Wembley.
If Abraham does join the Hammers then he could be a very appealing addition to David Moyes’ side.
Abraham has proven his ability to score goals in the Premier League over a number of years now, and remains Chelsea’s top scorer this season, despite limited game time.
West Ham do have an opening for a new number nine, as their only viable senior striking option is currently Michail Antonio.
