Should Ibrox outfit Glasgow Rangers make a move for St. Mirren midfielder Lewis Morgan?

The Rangers legend, who played for the Ibrox outfit in the 1970s and the 1980s, has asked whether Morgan could be a player for the Gers in the future.
The 20-year-old is a very promising and talented young midfielder who has broken into the St Mirren first team.
The Scotland Under-21 international is one of the best young players in Scotland and is a key figure in the current St Mirren side, who are playing in the Scottish Championship this season.
Morgan actually started his footballing career at Ibrox outfit Rangers, and he was picked up by St. Mirren in 2013.
Rangers legend Johnstone has posed whether the Gers should look to sign the young midfielder who is out of contract at St Mirren at the end of the season.

“The man that I have been talking about for a while was again outstanding and that is Lewis Morgan of St Mirren,” Johnstone wrote about Morgan in The Glasgow Evening Times while praising his performance for the Scotland Under-21 side against their Netherlands counterparts this week.
“He is in the last year of his contract there and they will be desperate for him to sign another deal so that he doesn’t walk away next summer for not an awful lot of money.
“He is one that is going places. I thought he was terrific again, and he has been for a while for St Mirren. He has pace, he is a goal threat and he loves running at full-backs.
“He could be a very, very good wide player and there will certainly be interest in him. Could he be the one for Rangers?”

St Mirren are third in the Scottish Championship table at the moment with nine points from four matches, just a point behind leaders Dunfermline Athletic.
