Rangers earned a 5-0 Scottish Cup win over Kilmarnock on Wednesday night.

Derek Ferguson has told Open Goal that Rangers have to find a way to control Alfredo Morelos, after the Colombian scored four goals in the Scottish Cup win over Kilmarnock on Wednesday night.
The 22-year-old striker took his tally from 23 to 27 goals this season, as Rangers brushed aside Steve Clarke’s side with a comfortable 5-0 win in the fifth-round replay at Ibrox.
Morelos is back on the sidelines this weekend as he serves another suspension following his red card against Aberdeen. The likes of Jermain Defoe or Kyle Lafferty will replace him up front, as the Gers take on Hamilton.
Former Rangers midfielder Ferguson claimed the Teddy Bears are an “ordinary side” without their talismanic striker, and urged Gerrard, Gary McAllister and the experienced Rangers players to calm the aggressive Morelos down.
“The young boy is top draw, but he’s got to listen, he’s got to learn and I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again, it’s not just the job of [Steven] Gerrard and [Gary] McAllister,” Ferguson said.
“It’s the job of the experienced boys, they’ve got to play their part because they now see what he does for the team, how important he is and without him, I hate to say it, Rangers look an ordinary side without Morelos.”

The former HJK Helsinki star’s red card against Aberdeen in an incident involving Scott McKenna was his fourth sending off this season, seeing red twice before against the Dons and once in Russia at FC Ufa.
Morelos will next be in action on Wednesday night if picked, as Gerrard’s men play host to Dundee at Ibrox. The striker will be looking to take his tally closer to 30 goals for the 2018-19 campaign against Jim McIntyre’s side.
