Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has taken to Twitter with a heartfelt message for Derby County’s fans following his loan stint at Pride Park this season just gone.

On Twitter, Mount posted a screenshot of an Instagram post along with a caption and two pictures of him on the pitch:

Mason has come through the ranks at Chelsea and is contracted to the Stamford Bridge club until 2021, but he is yet to play for the senior team, according to Transfermarkt.
