The Rams defender has enjoyed a superb breakthrough season for the Championship club under Frank Lampard.
Derby County defender Jayden Bogle has capped off a superb breakthrough campaign by winning the Young Player of the Season award at the Championship club’s end-of-season dinner on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old right-back broke into the Rams first team earlier this season and has made 43 appearances in all competitions, scoring once and registering seven assists, according to Transfermarkt.
Bogle joined the Derby academy in January 2016 from Swindon Town and has steadily been climbing the ranks before being given a first-team chance by Frank Lampard, which he has taken with both hands.
So impressive has his upward trajectory been that Premier League sides Burnley and Brighton & Hove Albion have been linked with him in recent months, as was reported in The Sun (24 March, page 59).

Derby are currently in the Championship playoff zone in sixth, level on points with seventh-placed Middlesbrough but with a better goal difference and also having a game in hand on the Teesside outfit.
Frank Lampard’s charges have three regular season games left, away at Bristol City, away at Swansea City and finally at Pride Park against fellow promotion chasers West Bromwich Albion.
