The Rams are preparing for 2019-20 under Phillip Cocu, who managed Ramselaar at PSV, and a report has linked the Dutchman to Pride Park.

A number of Derby County fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the transfer speculation linking the Rams with PSV Eindhoven attacker Bart Ramselaar, as reported by Dutch outlet Eindhovens Dagblad.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder / winger, who previously played under new Derby boss Phillip Cocu, will reportedly be allowed to leave the Eredivisie giants this summer after being deemed surplus to requirements by head coach Mark van Bommel.
Ramselaar, valued by Transfermarkt at £2.25million, began his career at Utrecht and made 49 first-team appearances for the club, scoring 10 goals, before making the move to Eindhoven in 2016, and two years later he was part of Cocu’s Eredivisie-winning outfit.
The three-time capped Netherlands international has made 76 senior appearances for PSV, netting seven times, and has also turned out in the Champions League for the club, which won the European Cup in 1988 and the UEFA Cup a decade earlier.
Here is what some Derby fans said on social media regarding the prospect of Ramselaar linking up with Cocu once again at Pride Park and potentially lighting up the Championship:
