HITC Sport understands Derby are eyeing non-league sensation Joshua Gordon, who plays for Stafford Rangers.
Derby County are among a number of Football League clubs tracking Stafford Rangers attacker Joshua Gordon, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Gordon has been earning reviews at Evo-Stik Premier League side Stafford Rangers despite only joining them in October.

The 22-year-old, who can play as a winger or as a striker, has scored nine goals and laid on several assists in 18 appearances since joining Stafford Rangers from Nantwich in October.
Gordon’s arrival has also coincided with a good run of form for Stafford with the side having suffered just one defeat in their last 13 games.
The former Stoke City youngster’s performances for Stafford have not gone unnoticed by clubs higher up the football pyramid with scouts flocking to Marston Road to cast an eye over the skilful forward.

Derby have been alerted to Gordon’s potential and they have instructed their scouting team to keep a close eye on his progress.
Stafford Rangers are keen to keep hold of Gordon, but they are unlikely to stand in his way if he is offered the chance to move to the Football League this month.
