Derby County assistant manager Jody Morris has taken to Twitter to send a message to Aston Villa star Jack Grealish.
Morris was pleased to see Grealish, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, scored the winner for Villa against Birmingham City in the Second City derby at the weekend.
The 23-year-old scored midway through the second half at St. Andrew’s on Sunday afternoon to guide the Villans to a 1-0 win in the Championship game.
The youngster was attacked by a Birmingham fan in the first half, but he put that behind him to produce a wonderful display against Garry Monk’s side.
The win against Birmingham means that Villa are now ninth in the Championship table with 51 points from 36 matches.
Dean Smith’s side are just four points behind sixth-placed Derby, and they are very much in the race for the Championship playoffs.
Villa will return to action on Wednesday evening when they take on Nottingham Forest away from home at the City Ground in the league.
