Derby County are favourites to sign the winger, form whom West Bromwich Albion are said to have paid £5.85 million two summers ago.

Bookmaker Bet Victor has opened a market on Matt Phillips’ next club, and made Derby County 8/1 favourites to sign the West Bromwich Albion winger.
Phillips has played regularly for the Baggies this season, which looks destined to end in their relegation back to the Championship.
And the 27-year-old is one of several West Brom players likely to attract interest during the summer transfer window.

Derby, whose on-loan winger Kasey Palmer could return to Chelsea this summer, may well be among those keen on Phillips.
However, comments made by Rams boss Gary Rowett recently, which echo those of owner Mel Morris, suggest that such a move could only happen if they are promoted this season – although their chances were boosted by Tuesday’s 3-1 win against Cardiff City.
West Brom’s local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers – who are already guaranteed a Premier League place next term – are 10/1 for Phillips’ signature, ahead of Cardiff, Fulham, Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace and West Ham United.
