Derby County have suffered their third play-off exit in five years.

Derby manager Gary Rowett could have his work cut out in the coming transfer window, after chairman Mel Morris vowed not to make further significant investments should the Rams fall short of promotion.
And generating funds through players sales could be easier said than done, with Derby possessing one of the Championship’s oldest squads.
