Leeds United were beaten 2-1 by Derby County at Elland Road last night.

Derby ran out 2-1 winners at Elland Road, after turning around the contest after Leeds went in front.
Derby’s comeback was bad news for Christiansen, as he had said in the week that his plan to get Leeds back on track was to ensure that they scored the first goal.

And Rowett made some worrying comments about Leeds during his post-match analysis.
The Derby manager said: “Leeds made quite a big thing in the week about scoring the first goal and how important it is to them, but I just felt it didn’t matter to us because we have shown character all season.
“I said at half-time ‘if you score, I’m telling you now – they won’t react well.”

Leeds had grabbed an early advantage in the contest when Pierre Michel Lasogga blasted home early on.
But Derby hit back in the second half, with Sam Winnall scoring both of Rowett’s side’s goals.
Leeds have now lost six of their last seven games, with Christiansen coming under increasing pressure at Elland Road.
