Aston Villa and Derby County will meet in the play-off final at Wembley, with Dean Smith’s and Frank Lampard’s sides coming through.

Derby and Villa will meet in the play off final at Wembley in two weekends’ time, after the pair both came through their semi-finals in dramatic circumstances.
Derby beat Leeds United, while Villa got past West Bromwich Albion.
But Lampard was insistent that his side had not yet completed the job that they set out to do.
He said: “Listen we’re not there. I’m a bit worried because I watched Villa do this last night. But the players deserve this! There is work to do though. This isn’t the end of the celebration.”

Lampard’s words rather fell on deaf ears, as Derby’s players did not curb their celebrations after the match.
Villa’s squad was obviously delighted at the prospect of reaching Wembley the night before too, with the celebrations on and off the pitch both wild.
Villa got past West Brom on penalties, while Derby came from 2-0 down on aggregate to beat Leeds in normal time.
