Leeds United and Derby County have both been linked with Florian Jozefzoon recently.

Derby and Leeds were said to be in battle for Jozefzoon earlier this summer in Sky Sports.
And when Brentford boss Dean Smith confirmed last night that an unnamed Championship side had had a bid accepted for Jozefzoon, both Leeds and Derby supporters were hopeful it was their sides.

However, it seems that the Rams are currently leading the race for the winger.
Sky Sports claim that other clubs have bid for the wide-man, but they have not met Brentford’s valuation.
Whether Leeds will now step up their chase of Jozefzoon remains to be seen.

The Whites have failed to make a permanent signing so far this summer.
Derby, meanwhile, seem to be stepping up their transfer business under Frank Lampard – with Mason Mount brought in recently.
