Leeds target George Hirst is heading to Belgium,

Leeds United have missed out on reported striker target George Hirst.
Hirst has been linked to Leeds for the past 18 months, with the Yorkshire Evening Post reporting their interest last December.
He has finally clinched his move away from Sheffield Wednesday, as has been his desire, signing for Belgian club OH Leuven.
It was a surprise move, with Hirst also linked to Premier League clubs.

Hirst right not to take up Leeds move
George Hirst is a promising talent, just 19, but he could get lost at Leeds amid their myriad of young forwards.
The Whites have Tyler Roberts, Oliver Sarkic, Sam Dalby, Ryan Edmondson, Mallik Wilks, Kun Temenuzkhov and Jay Roy Grot all as young strikers hoping to earn first team minutes.
With no competitive first team experience, Hirst would be in amongst this group of players, rather than standing out above them.

He would have no guarantees of first team action, with this group of fringe forwards all likely to be battling behind a big name striker Leeds are looking to sign.
Then there is also the added pressure that signing from Sheffield Wednesday to Leeds would bring.
Hirst is right to move out of the spotlight, to Belgium where he can play first team football.
