Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has bounced back to form in stunning style.

Mousa Dembele was outstanding in midweek against Juventus as he inspired Tottenham to a fightback against Juventus.
Spurs rallied from 2-0 down in Turin to draw 2-2 and Dembele’s performance has earned wide acclaim.
It followed equally dominant displays against Arsenal and Manchester United earlier this month, and the Tottenham midfielder is certainly back to his best – he is arguably better than ever.
His top level performances make it even more understandable that Dembele was coming in for criticism earlier this season.

His display in Turin made clear this is not the case, but it also makes knee jerk reactions to disappointing performances understandable.
Dembele is capable of playing at such a high level, that it is immediately noticeable when he drops off, and Tottenham are a weaker team for it.
Earlier this season there was talk of replacing him as he struggled for fitness, with SkySports reporting they were scouting for a successor.
Dembele is 30, so it is prudent to plan ahead, but he is certainly not ready to be moved on just yet.
If Dembele can maintain his level of performance, then Tottenham will be able to dream of going all the way in this year’s Champions League.
