Tottenham Hotspur's Dele Alli

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has expressed his excitement at being ‘home’.

Spurs opened their new stadium for it’s first competitive game tonight, winning 2-0 over Crystal Palace.

This was Tottenham’s first victory since February and a much needed result.

In front of 59,000 supporters, Tottenham solidified their place in the top four, moving three points clear of Manchester United.

Alli sent a simple message to Spurs fans expressing his happiness.

Heung Min Son and Christian Eriksen scored Tottenham’s goals in the second half.

Alli did have one milestone, he was the first player booked.

With his ability to score regularly, it won’t be long until he adds his name to the short list of players to net at the new stadium.
