England’s Tottenham stars face teammate Sanchez on Tuesday against Colombia.
Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli has been quoted by ESPN as saying that Spurs teammate Davinson Sanchez is not perfect, as England face Colombia on Tuesday.
Alli, 22, has missed England’s last two outings against Panama and Belgium after suffering a muscle injury following the 2-1 win over Tunisia but is now set to face Colombia in the last 16.
He is expected to start against Colombia alongside Kieran Trippier and Harry Kane, which will see the Spurs trio face their Tottenham teammate Sanchez for a place in the last eight of the World Cup.

Alli was asked about the former Ajax defender and although Alli said he is a “great player”, but reckons England can exploit Sanchez’s “few weaknesses”.
“I think he [Sanchez] is a great player, I don’t think any player is perfect, we know things, we know how he plays and he has a lot of strengths. We’re going to look to do as well as we can to exploit his very few weaknesses,” Alli said.
“He’s really impressed me since he has come in — he is a great player, he is physical, he is strong, he is good on the ball.”
Sanchez, 22, was brought to north London by Mauricio Pochettino last summer as back-up for Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld, but with the latter’s contract situation reducing his game time, Sanchez was made first choice.
The winners of Tuesday evening’s clash between England and Colombia will face the victors of Sweden and Switzerland in the quarter finals – a game which will be played on July 7.
