The Tottenham Hotspur forward has been on fire recently.
Tottenham ace Dele Alli spoke to Football.London about Heung-Min Son’s quality, labelling the South Korean as an ‘unbelievable player’.
The Spurs forward has been in excellent form this season, chalking up 12 goals and nine assists in 26 appearances in all competitions thus far.
The 26-year-old will miss three important games for Tottenham this month, due to international commitments, and his absence will surely be a huge blow to Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs currently sit in third spot in the Premier League table, just six points adrift of league leaders Liverpool, so losing Son for a few weeks could not have come at a worse time for them.
Dele spoke exclusively to Football.London, and highlighted just how important the former Bayer Leverkusen man has become to Tottenham:
“I think seeing him every day in training, playing with him in games, you can see the quality he has. He’s an unbelievable player, with both feet, and has an eye for goals and he can produce magic out of nothing. So no-one’s really surprised to see him in this form because he is a fantastic player and has amazing qualities.”
Next up for Tottenham is their Carabao Cup semi-final cup clash with Chelsea tomorrow night, before they welcome Manchester United to Wembley on Sunday, and Son will be hoping to sign off with a bang before he heads of to link up with the South Korea national team.
