Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli is the most valuable under-21 player ahead of the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele.

The Premier League, in general, is well represented with the likes of Marcus Rashford of Manchester United and Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City among the top 10 most valuable players on the list.
Dele Alli, the winner of the PFA Young player of the year award for the past two seasons, has been recently linked to Spanish giants Barcelona by Spanish outlet Dairio Gol. However, with Tottenham expected to challenge for the League again this season, the former MK Dons midfielder is likely to stay and will be very important for Mauricio Pochettino.
Kylian Mbappe has been linked to Arsenal, PSG and Real Madrid (by Fox Sports) ahead of the new season, with Arsene Wenger admitting to Sky Sports that the striker might be worth more than £100m. “What we know now is that Mbappe is over £100m and after that it’s free to imagine what you want”, the Frenchman said. That is twice his £54.5m valuation provided in the study.
So according to the law of ratios, in the current market, Dele Alli would be worth more than £140m (twice his £73.6m valuation). Add a pinch of Daniel Levy to the deal, and Tottenham might be looking at a £150m asset on their books.
