Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has told the Daily Express that everyone at the club is determined to match manager Jurgen Klopp’s perfectionist nature.
This Saturday marks a year to the day that the former Borussia Dortmund manager replaced Brendan Rodgers at Anfield.
He has been a huge hit on Merseyside in that period, leading them to two cup finals last season as well as a strong start to this campaign that sees them sitting fourth in the table.

One of the notable aspects of his reign so far has been the strong relationship he has developed with the current squad.
And Lovren says that they are all determined to be a perfectionist just like their manager.
“He is a perfectionist and so everyone wants to be like him,” he told the Daily Express.
“You want to give perfection during training and give 100 per cent on the pitch. It is great to see how intense he is on the touchline.”

It will now be interesting to see just how well Liverpool do under Klopp’s leadership this season.
They have certainly started strongly with just two points separating them from league leaders Manchester City.
Their lack of European football could provide a big boost; with the added rest time they will enjoy likely to help them significantly.
It certainly did when they ran City close under Brendan Rodgers and they will be hoping to go one better than that side managed.
