Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has told the club’s official website that they have the quality to beat anyone in the division.
The Reds have made a flying start to the season, with five wins, one defeat, and two draws in their first eight games.
That sees them sitting fourth in the table, just two points behind first, and with many predicting they could be title challengers this year.
A large part of theirs success has been the quality throughout the team, with this squad arguably one of the best that the club has had in a number of years.

Lovren is part of that group and says for him they have a squad that is capable of beating anyone in the division.
“It’s good when you are in the race,” Lovren told Liverpoolfc.com.
“You have a better chance to finish well than if you are sixth or seventh. You know everything is possible.
“Every game is a ‘win’ game for us – we have the quality to beat everyone when you look at the teams we have played already. It’s just about a winning mentality. If we can keep that, at the end of the season we can be proud.”

This weekend sees Liverpool take on West Bromwich Albion at Anfield looking to continue their fine form.
They will be keen to bounce back from the disappointing draw with Manchester United on Monday evening.
That game saw Jose Mourinho’s sitting deep and frustrating the Reds, something that the Baggies are likely to try and copy in this game.
The reverse fixture last year saw them play out a 2-2 draw and Lovren says they will have learned their lessons from that.
“Whenever I have played against West Brom it was a really difficult game, physically and mentally,” he added.
“It will again be a tough game, but I think we need to learn from our mistakes from last year when we played them here. We know what we can expect, but now it is a different situation.”
