Dejan Kulusevski has told Swedish outlet Nettavisen that he would welcome the addition of Christian Eriksen at Tottenham this summer. Eriksen is a target for Spurs, with his Brentford contract expiring on June 30.
Eriksen, 30, spent six and a half years at Spurs and left on bad terms. His performance level dropped as he tried to push through a move, eventually winning Serie A with Italy under Antonio Conte. Now, he could return.
Football London say Spurs have discussed a move ‘internally’ for Eriksen. Meanwhile, reports from Italy say that Eriksen has decided not to sign a new deal at Brentford, despite only joining the Bees back in January.

Speaking to Swedish media, Tottenham winger Kulusevski says he would welcome the addition of Eriksen. The Swede says the 114-time international is a “wonderful” player and thinks he is a good person, too.
“He would be most welcome,” Kulusevski told Nettavisen. “He is an incredible player and a wonderfully good person too. I know him a little from before, but no [we haven’t spoken recently], we are not that good friends.”

It is a signing that makes the most sense. Eriksen is also being linked with Manchester United, but it looks more than likely that if he is to leave Brentford – which looks likely – that he would return to Spurs.
The current formation at Spurs means it might be tricky to include Eriksen, but perhaps Conte might revert to a 3-4-1-2 – and play Eriksen behind Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.
