Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to name the front three they’d like to see Mikel Arteta start against Tottenham tomorrow.

When asked the question by an Arsenal fan page, supporters chose Bukayo Saka, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Reiss Nelson as the trio they want to see in attack.

In our view, that would be a good move by Arteta given the balance of the trio. Nelson – a right-footed winger – could line up on the left where he can then cut in and test Spurs.

Similarly, the left-footed Saka could do the same on the opposite flank.

Furthermore, utilising the academy pair in this manner would also allow Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin to make effective overlapping runs.

If Saka and Nelson can drag Tottenham’s full-backs infield when cutting in, it would open up space for the Gunners full-backs to roam into.

With Nicolas Pepe suspended, there is a chance we’ll get to see this trio play, although Arteta could well call upon Willian to start seeing as he’s started nine Premier League games this term.
