Arsenal attacking midfielder midfielder Martin Odegaard has praised Gabriel Jesus after the Premier League match against Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday.

Martin Odegaard has said on Sky Sports that his Arsenal teammate Gabriel Jesus did well to score in the final stages of the match against Manchester United.

United took the lead against Arsenal in the 27th minute through England international forward Marcus Rashford.

Norway international attacking midfielder Odegaard scored the equaliser for Arsenal in the 28th minute.

England international midfielder Declan Rice found the back of the net in the sixth minute of injury time to make it 2-1 for the home team.

And then in the 11th minute of injury time, Brazil international forward Jesus made it 3-1 to Arsenal.

Jesus did not start the match.

It was Fabio Vieira who provided a wonderful ball to Jesus.

The striker got through on goal and then had the composure to get the ball past United goalkeeper Andre Onana.

And Odegaard was impressed.

Odegaard said on the drama-filled late stages: “It was mad.

“I don’t know what happened but Gabi [Jesus] did so well in the end and scored a great goal and we got the win.”
