West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice has sent a message to Kalvin Phillips on Instagram after he moved to Manchester City from Leeds United.
Earlier today, Premier League champions Manchester City announced that they have signed Phillips from Leeds.
The Citizens have reportedly paid the West Yorkshire club an initial transfer fee of £42 million for the 26-year-old England international midfielder.
West Ham star Rice plays with Phillips, and he is pleased to see the midfielder make the switch to City.

Interesting, Phillips was linked with a move to West Ham before he switched to Manchester City from Leeds.
90min reported in May that West Ham were interested in the Englishman this summer, having tried to sign him in the January transfer window.

In our view, Kalvin Phillips is a good signing for Manchester City and will make Pep Guardiola’s side better.
Phillips has shown what he is capable of and is a regular in the England team.
We know that Guardiola makes players better, and we think that under the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager, the English star will get better and add more facets to his game.
