West Ham United produced an incredible comeback to win their latest Premier League clash.

Declan Rice took to Twitter to pay tribute to Javier Hernandez after the striker scored twice in seven minutes to help West Ham come from 3-1 down to beat Huddersfield Town at the London Stadium.
The Irons appeared to be heading for what would have been a hugely disappointing defeat as the Premier League’s bottom side boasted a two-goal lead with 15 minutes remaining.
But Angelo Ogbonna sparked the turnaround with an excellent header. But if that header was good, Hernandez’s first was outstanding as he stooped to find the bottom corner after a sumptuous cross from fellow substitute Samir Nasri.
And Chicharito completed the comeback in the first minute of added-time as he glanced Felipe Anderson’s cross past the goalkeeper to send the fans into a frenzy.

The performance summed up Hernandez perfectly. For large parts of the contest after he came off the bench, it was probably fairly easy to forget that he was even on the pitch. But when it mattered, he was there to take the chances and deliver the three points.
It was the kind of comeback that would have left many West Ham fans speechless – it certainly evoked memories of the incredible 5-4 win against Bradford back in 2000 – and that perhaps explains why Rice’s tweet needed few words to sum up exactly what the mood was like.
