Soucek scored three times for his country, as they picked up a 6-2 win over Estonia in midweek.
It was a great achievement for the West Ham man, who continues to prove a major goalscoring threat.
And Rice and Pablo Fornals were keen to celebrate with him on social media.
Whether West Ham fans will adopt Soucek’s new nickname remains to be seen.
But his popularity at the London Stadium just continues to grow.
Soucek is now playing a vital role for both club and country, as he continues to go from strength to strength.
