Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham United side tore apart Newcastle United at the weekend.

West Ham have made a disappointing start to the new campaign, but they put in arguably their finest performance of the season at St. James’ Park.
Newcastle were simply unable to live with Manuel Pellegrini’s side, as West Ham tore them apart time after time.
West Ham ended up winning 3-0 on Tyneside, and Yedlin was impressed with what he saw from the London side.
He said: “West Ham are an interesting one, because with the quality they have in their team. I don’t think that’s reflected in where they are in the table.”

Yedlin was given a particularly torrid time against West Ham, as he struggled badly against Felipe Anderson.
West Ham’s Brazilian winger scored his side’s third goal of the match and was a constant threat throughout.
The Hammers are currently in 13th place in the Premier League table, which puts them just two positions above Newcastle, but there looked to be a huge gulf in class between the two sides at the weekend.
