DeAndre Yedlin helped Newcastle United pick up a 2-1 victory over Arsenal at the weekend.

Arsenal took the lead in the contest when Pierre Emerick Aubameyang got in behind their defence, before squaring the ball to Alexander Lacazette to volley home.
Yedlin felt that it was his fault that the Magpies had fallen behind, as he has lost his marker.
However, the American defender quickly made amends, as he rushed down the field to set-up the equaliser.

And Yedlin admitted that he was delighted to play such a key role in Newcastle getting on the scoresheet.
He said: “I actually lost focus for their opener and I was a bit upset about that.
“I was just happy that I could help get us back in the game.
“It was an unbelievable finish from Ayoze Perez and it was a lot harder than it looks.
“You have to give him some credit for that.”
Newcastle went on to add a second against Arsenal to secure the three points through Matt Ritchie.

Newcastle are now surely safe from relegation, as they have accumulated over 40 points.
Rafael Benitez’s side have surpassed expectations, and currently sit in the top half of the Premier League table.
Newcastle are next in action on Monday evening, when they take on Everton at Goodison Park.
