Pedro Caixinha’s Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers crashed out of the Europa League last night.

Dean Windass has insisted that his son, Josh, is big enough to accept criticism from Glasgow Rangers fans for his performance last night.

Windass has been slated by Rangers fans on social media, after the Ibrox side crashed out of the Europa League to Progres.

Windass came on for Rangers when the score on the night was locked at 0-0, and things quickly went downhill after his introduction.

Rangers conceded twice in quick succession against the minnows from Luxembourg and crashed to a humiliating defeat.

Windass has taken on board more criticism than most of his Rangers teammates for his display yesterday.

And his Father, Dean, insists that Josh will accept any comments Rangers fans throw at him.

Windass’ future at Rangers was already in doubt before the match against Progres, and the midfielder’s display will have done little to help his cause to stay in Glasgow.

Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha is also under serious pressure, after the shock result.
