Neil Taylor is playing well for Dean Smith’s Aston Villa at the moment.

Aston Villa manager Dean Smith has told The Birmingham Mail that Neil Taylor has done well so far.
Taylor has featured regularly for Villa under Smith, having struggled for playing time this season when Steve Bruce was the Villans’ manager.
Smith has praised the 29-year-old Wales international left-back, who joined the Villans from Swansea City n January 2017.
“I think he’s done well so far,” Smith told The Birmingham Mail about Taylor. “I thought he tired at QPR but that was to be expected because it was his third game in six days after not playing for a while.
“He’s an international who has played an awful lot of games in the Premier League. I knew he was a good player and he’s come in and done very well for us so far.”

Important player
Taylor has not had the greatest of times at Villa following his move from Swansea, but there is no doubt that the 29-year-old is a very good and capable left-back.
The Wales international is doing well under Smith, and the Villa Park faithful should be optimistic that the left-back will be back to his best soon.
Villa’s recent form and performances have not been great, but under Smith, the team can certainly improve and develop.
The Villans are 17th in the Championship table at the moment with 18 points from 15 matches, seven points behind Derby County, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
