Aston Villa boss Dean Smith is keen for his prospects to get regular first-team football.
O’Hare and Doyle-Hayes are considered to be two of Villa’s brightest prospects, but they have not featured this season.
Steve Bruce didn’t pick the youngsters, and Smith has favoured other options since arriving.
While the duo have impressed at development squad level, Villa just have too many senior options ahead of them right now.
And Smith has suggested that the pair would be best off moving away from the claret and blues on loan.
“I think that’s really important,” he said. “These under-23s need to go and play men’s football.
“They come back better players and better people. They go out and see the real world playing alongside some seasoned professionals who rely on winning games for bonuses.
“Going out on loan to me is something that’s really important for their development and it’s something that we’re keen to do.”
Both O’Hare and Doyle-Hayes are almost certain to have takers in the Football League, if Villa do let them out on loan.
The duo look to have very bright futures, and regular football could aid their development.
Villa have already loaned out one of their brightest talents this season in Andre Green, who is impressing on a temporary spell with Portsmouth.
